I'm curious as to what kind of bread you use for your 5 loaves for the litia...looks like there is something on them? black sesame seeds? ours are always plain, dipped in wine and given out after the veneration of the Gospel.
They are a sweet bread with raisins and cinnamon. We also dip ours in wine after venerating the Gospel and being anointed. Father John bakes the loaves himself!
