Autumn Soup...

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 package of frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 potato, diced
  • handful of egg noodles, uncooked
  • 2 cans of stewed tomatoes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can of tomato soup
Instructions

In a soup pot, brown the beef. Drain the fat and add two cups of water. Add the onion and the bay leaf. Add the potato and cook on low until the vegetables are tender. Add all the other ingredients except the tomato soup. Just before serving, stir in the tomato soup, heat through and enjoy!

This soup is very tasty with a sprinkle of cheddar cheese over the top of each serving and a side of corn bread!
